I went to see Kash having been diagnosed with a torn meniscus on both knees, preventing me from running and causing constant pain. As others have mentioned, Kash has an excellent and professional, friendly manner. He explained the results of an MRI scan clearly, and was both reassuring and pragmatic with the options available to me in order to meet my goal of being able to run again. I found Kash very approachable and responsive on any questions I had - either during consultation, via email or pre and post my operation. His extensive experience as a surgeon was also very reassuring. Working closely with physios following my operation and following Kash's advice and guidance I have been able to make a good recovery - now walking, sitting and standing pain free, and have started to run again. I appreciated Kash's advice on being realistic about returning to running, and to what level I could continue given the damage I had sustained to my knee - and have been very pleased that I have now been able to run 5k again pain free without any swelling, within 4 months of my operation. I am also aware that I won't be able to run any marathons any time soon, but finding the right level to enable me to continue to run without causing or accelerating any further deterioration has been the right "medicine" here - and I appreciate the friendly but candid approach Kash has taken throughout my care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kash and have been very grateful for his advice
