I rarely write reviews, but on this occasion I decided to write one due the outstanding care I received.
I have torn my ACL and damaged my meniscus while playing sports. I initially consumed a musculoskeletal specialist who recommended Mr. Akhtar to review my case and recommend next steps.
From the first appointment, I felt I was given a very good explanation of what happened, what are the options to fix my knee and the length of recovery.
Every single appointment with Mr. Akhtar was welcoming, and he is very approachable if you have queries or concerns.
I have had my surgery few weeks ago, again with excellent care by Mr. Akhtar. I was calm and assured the outcome would be great.
Post surgery care was great and I would like additionally commend Mr. Akhtar’s medical secretary who is very responsive and accommodating.
So far so good, and I look forward to rehab and recovery.
All in all, if anyone has the chance to choose their surgeon, I would strongly recommend Mr. Akhtar and his team.
