I found Dr Akhtar's explaination of my knee damage easy to follow & comprehend. As a non medically qualified person, Dr Akhtar highlighted details of my issues in laymen's terms, without appearing at all condescending.
He has a very humanistic and caring 'bedside manner', something that helps allay fears whenever irrepriable, long term erosion damage like mine, is diagnosed.
I felt confident that his level of experience, is of real value to any institution he represents, as it gave me huge assurance that I was in the hands of a true professional.
