Mr Kapoor treated my 9 year old son, from the initial appointment to operation and follow ups the care has been amazing. Mr Kapoor understands the worry parents go through and listened to us but also made sure to ask questions and listen to what our son had to say, building a great rapport with him. Appointments are relaxed and not rushed, ask any questions you need to and follow up by email if you forget, nothing is too much trouble. On a follow up appointment my son had a wax build up and it was treated there and then. After a couple of frustrating years trying to get treatment on the NHS we self funded and now have a child who can hear and hasn’t had reoccurring tonsillitis, best thing we ever did.
