Mr Kapoor embodies the best qualities of a top consultant. Empathetic, knowledgeable and patient(!) to name but a few.
His time spent interacting with my 5yr old daughter did wonders to allay her fears of her procedure and the time spent to explain and re-assure her nervous parent made a huge positive difference.
Thanks again Mr Kapoor, I could not recommend anyone more highly!
