Mr. Kapoor was an excellent and thoughtful communicator. He was sympathetic to my problem, put me at my ease and examined my throat carefully, talking me through the results, which was exactly what I wanted from this appointment. The medication he advised me to take helped hugely and enabled me to talk without a sore throat.
After my Barium swallow, he carefully explained the findings and treatment. I was also very pleased that he did not want to over prescribe medication and also explained that there was nothing serious to worry about. By following his advised my symptoms have significantly reduced.
