I sought Mr Gnanalingham care at Alexander Hospital, having experienced delays and confusion in progressing a diagnosis and treatment on the NHS. I was very poorly and in need of highly specialised exploration of my condition. I was immediately set at ease by a very kind, highly skilled consummate professional. He was reassuring, patient and thorough, explaining the complexities, options and process of getting me well again. He was always concerned about my well being, listening to everything that worried. He never rushed me - even when right at the 11th hour I was debating an alternate treatment! His receptionist was reassuringly accessible, professional and friendly.
