I found Mr Gnanalingham to be incredibly thorough and reassuring. In his initial consultation, he took the time to thoroughly understand my issue with a mixture of physical examination, reviewing my notes and then a relaxed question and answer session.
From here, he quickly recommended the right tests and once he received these, he offered flexibility for follow ups, face-to-face or via web call if preferred.
Overall, I would definitely recommend him to anyone with a similar issue. A good listener, efficient, professional and his secretary was a pleasure to deal with for any admin queries.
