It was such a shock to have to seek advice from a Neurosurgeon! I was totally reassured that I was with the right team from the outset. Vaani, his secretary was efficient and friendly from the outset and even emailed me late on a Friday evening to let me know that my MRI scans had been received before my appointment.
Mr Gnanalingham explained my scans ensuring that I understood them. He suggested that I take photos to help me explain to my family.
His kind, calm manner was just what I needed and he answered my many questions clearly and honestly, without using too much "medical jargon". My husband and I both left the appointment feeling informed and confident that I am in extremely capable hands.
