Since November 2023 I have been under the care of Mr Kanna Gnanalingham at The Alexandra Hospital, Cheadle, Manchester. I have had a L5/S1 discectomy operation to relieve severe back and sciatica symptoms. From my initial meeting with Mr Gnanalingham I felt completely at ease, knowing full well I had made the correct decision. Every process that I experienced from consultations and scans, to surgery and aftercare was encountered with the uttermost professionalism, giving me complete confidence in him, his team and his wonderful PA Vaani. Never once was I left I had to question anything knowing full well each step of this medical journey was met with expertise and reassurance. In reviewing my experience I would fully recommend Mr Gnanalingham and his team to anybody requiring any nature of spinal treatment as I can confirm they would be in the safest hands with the best consultant.
