Excellent. Very clear and helpful description of situation (removal of kidney stone) and discussion of options. Clear on his recommendation, but patiently listened to questions and guided me to the right procedure. Flexible in arranging operation and, again, thoughtful and caring in the preparation and post-op discussions. No hesitation in recommendation.
