Unfortunately, and, although Mr Attar has given great service, this has not been backed up by his PA. I have for over two months been trying to book a flexible cystoscopy and my emails and telephone calls have not been returned. I’m extremely frustrated and to be honest this is not a professional service, given, even if it is not within the NHS
