Mr Attar was extremely pleasant and reassuring to deal with throughout and never did I feel rushed. He was clear in his explanations so that even I understood at least something of what was going to happen. When I had reservations about only sedation, he was quite willing to arrange a full anaesthetic. His secretary, Lisa Best, also proved to be a gem.
