My kidney stone problems complicated while I was on a trip to London from overseas. However, I was very fortunate to be referred to Mr. Attar, who, despite his busy schedule was able to take care of my case on short notice. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and efficient; on the first consultation he patiently and clearly explained what needed to be done, how it would be done, the potential outcomes of the procedure, and how the recovery process would be. So, before committing to surgery I was aware of the whole kidney stone removal process, which Mr Attar carried out smoothly. He has spoken to me several times after my surgery, making sure I am recovering well. In addition, he has also taken the time to make me aware of treatment for another condition I also have, related to his field of expertise. Both Mr Attar and his Private Practice Manager, Lisa, are very personable, professional and organized. Since I was traveling and the medical issue required me to postpone my departure from London, they helped me by issuing a letter to the airline explaining the reason for the change. Lisa made sure administrative matters worked very smoothly, and was always willing to help. I highly recommend Mr Attar and his team.
