From my initial consultation with Mr Jacob through to the sign off 6 weeks post full hip replacement, the level of care and attention I received from Mr Jacob was exemplary. Mr Jacob is very clear in his communication and reassuring in equal measure in terms of anticipated outcomes post operation.
I can honestly say that I was 'carried' throughout this process, Mr Jacob was readily available at all stages of the process which left me feeling very reassured throughout, and this without doubt significantly reduced my anxiety levels.
I would highly recommend Mr Jacob as a consultant/surgeon of choice.
