My left hip was replaced 9 weeks ago. My pain has disappeared. I am now walking 3-4 miles a day. I do exercises regularly. I have started hoovering indoors helping my wife. I also regularly do my exercise bike.
Mr Jacob has permitted to start swimming, Tai chi, and lawn bowling.
