I had hemifacial spasm that had been treated with botox ingestions, which never worked properly.
Mr Pollock was very straightforward. He explained all side effects and risks associated having surgery. Looking at my MRI he also told me why he thought it would be beneficial for me to have surgery.
Therefore when I had surgery I was well informed and confident. Everything went very well and I have regained my normal life.
However, because of the strikes and my own family problem, organising and reorganising surgery weren’t straightforward. His secretary, Raluca’s prompt responses eased the situation very much.
I’m very grateful for Mr Pollock and Raluca.
