Very easy going, make you feel comfortable right away. Only downside was that during the whole time of the consultation a man was just by the door silently looking at us (perhaps a nurse?) That made me feel quite uncomfortable, even because no one explained me what he was doing there.

Thank you for your comments. The person by the door was a nurse to help when required. I will be sure to introduce him to patients in the future.
