My overall impression is that Mr Jones and his team provided me with an efficient, friendly and caring service. Inevitably, the pressure of large patient numbers caused long waits between the various stages of my treatment, which was completed within 3 hours 30 minutes -not excessive given the workload of the team.
The final operation under local anaesthetic was performed with skill and care and I am grateful to the nurse practitioner (?) for her warm and friendly attention to detail.
