Mr Dawson operated on me in December 2013 and January 2014 for Breast Cancer.During the initial consultancy prior to my having a Mastectomy he was sensitive and reassuring. He did not promise me anything he couldn't deliver. He gave me a range of options and we agreed with the most appropriate treatment. Having the opportunity to say what I wanted was very comforting. The surgery was a success without any 'nasty' surprises. Following surgery the initial hormone treatment did not agree with me. I saw Mr Dawson in clinic today to request a change in my medication. He spent a lot of time listening to me and checking details. He has arranged for me to receive a different hormone treatment that will hopefully suit me better without compromising my long term health. I cannot praise him enough and would recommend him to anybody. He is a true professional with the human touch.
