I was first introduced to Mr Dawson through Genesis Care, Milton Keynes in September 2019 after my breast cancer diagnosis. He completed a mastectomy and reconstruction surgery and my final operation to make both breasts the same size was in August 2021. He was very supportive throughout and took the time to explain what would happen and put me at ease regarding my surgery and the after care as did all of his colleagues. I would highly recommend him to you and your patients.

I would recommend Mr Dawson without hesitation, 100%. Having had the misfortune of seeing a few consultant's over the years with my chronic breast issue I really feel he is the only one who actually listened to me, saw me as the whole person (not just the problem) and manged to fix me where others had failed. He always made me feel listened to, always remembered me and it felt like he genuinely cared and had my best interests. If only he was available for all other ailments!

Mr Dawson is exceptional in all areas. His bedside manner, the way he explains and reassures, right through to the end result I couldn’t be happier and recommend him fully. Breast reduction is a very intimate operation that comes with anxiety and Mr Dawson absolutely was the best consultant to do this procedure

I saw Mr Dawson at Northampton General Hospital in February 2020 after my breat cancer diagnosis. He was very professional, caring, supportive and really put me at ease regarding my surgery. Had my surgery in April and again had the best quality care. Surgery was successful. I had my post op telephone consultation with him and again he was very sympathetic, gave me enough post op advice and support.. I just want to say a massive thank you to him and his team. I will totally recommend him to perform your surgery
