When I received the news that I had breast cancer I was very shocked. No tears just wanted to know what could be done. Mr Dawson understood that people deal with these situations differently and I was glad that, within 3 days of the confirmed diagnosis he had planned my treatment and had booked my operations. Dr Dawson always delivered a caring and considerate approach when explaining the diagnosis right through to the procedures and expectations afterwards and has always been right with his predictions. I class myself very lucky that I have Mr Dawson as my consultant and would recommend him as a highly knowledgeable and experienced consultant. I generally felt that he cared. I would like to take the opportunity to say a massive Thank you not only to Mr Dawson but also to the brilliant and caring breast care nurses that work along side him.
