Mr Bell converses with you in terms that you, as non-medical person, understand. He pays attention as you explain the problems and pain you are experiencing and then carefully and clearly gives his diagnosis and how he intends to proceed to alleviate your suffering. He never makes you feel rushed and takes time to answer any questions that you may have and makes no false promises as to the outcome.
His manner is such that he inspires confidence that you will receive the best possible care and attention.
