I found Mr. Bell to be highly professional, thorough & approachable. It was plain that his desire was to attain the best outcome for his patient - and he achieved that, for which many thanks. He and his PA also went out of their way to try and accommodate my particular timing needs. I would have no hesitation in making a recommendation.
