I was always given at least one more chance to ask any further questions before each consultation ended. I felt my questions were answered in a direct, straight forward and understandable manner that gave me comfort for the procedure ahead.
The care whilst a day patient at the Parkside was also excellent.
Many thanks to all involved, you have made a massive difference.
