I tore my supraspinatus tendon very severely and it was unclear whether or not there was a viable surgical option to repair the damage. Mr. Phadnis explained the situation clearly and concisely and presented me with a number of options and outcomes. He was very easy to talk to and explained things very well and he showed great care and consideration for me. He made me feel very safe and confident and was kind, re-assuring and charming. I had my surgery in early October and he said that the surgery was very challenging as I had delayed opting for a surgical solution which made the repair very difficult. However, he did a brilliant job and my recovery exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my physiotherapist. I cannot find the words to adequately describe just how grateful I am for his help and expertise. The care he provided was absolutely first class and I commend him and thank him and I am pleased to recommend him without reservation.
