I cannot praise Mr Phadnis highly enough for the care and attention that I have received since I first saw him some ten months ago. We have had many consultations concerning a possible shoulder operation. I felt that he listened to me carefully with great empathy. He also explained his thinking clearly. In the end the decision was taken not to operate. An alternative procedure has been decided upon and is taking place. I am very happy with the decision.
In addition, his secretary Debbie Newman could not have been more helpful. She was friendly, sympathetic and efficient. They make a great team!
