I had a complicated fracture of the elbow which needed tendon and ligament re-construction which Cornwall. hospital did not have the expertise to undergo. I was referred to Mr Joideep Phadnis. He was thorough when I first met with him to discuss a way forward taking the time to explain exactly the problem and what needed to be done. the operation was a success and it included putting a metal bracket in the elbow to stabilise the work that has been carried out. it was later decided to remove the bracket which was done successfully. the incision was very neat on both occasions. the after care protocol was second to none I have ever experienced. not only did. Mr Phadnis follow up himself after the operation to make sure all was ok he was very clear as to what I needed to do for a full recovery I was given a clear detailed written protocol to hand to my physiotherapist. Mr Phadnis was also happy to speak with the physiotherapist to ensure the correct after care was adhered to. We also had follow up face time meetngs and visits to his clinics. The after care was excellent . living in Cornwall it was such a help that I could visit Mr Phadnis in his London Clinic. . I can only thank Mr Phadnis for his expertise and consideration prior , during and post operation.
