I found Mr Joideep Phadnis provided a very person centre approach both prior to my surgery and post surgery. He even took the time to come and tell me how the surgery had gone post surgery which was a breath of fresh air in this day and age of pressured doctors time.
That was really appreciated.
I also found Mr Joideep Phadnis approach very reassuring and for those that might have some trepidation prior to surgery would go a long way to reassuring them.
At review he sought my views of how I was recovering and any ongoing issues that I might still have. Overall 10 out of 10 from my point of view
