Mr Loy reassured me from the visit. He was kind, understanding and professional with a great appropriate sense of humour. In the day of my procedure he walked with me to surgery - reassuring me all the way.
The procedure went absolutely to plan and 6 weeks later i am fitter, healthier and 35 lbs lighter
He is an amazing surgeon and very personable. I would have no doubts recommending him.
