I cannot speak highly enough of mr Loy. I had an appt with him last September to discuss bariatric surgery. I was still 50/50 on that day as to whether I was going to go through with an operation as I was honestly petrified. Mr Loy smiled, spoke to me calmly and totally reassured me that a gastric bypass was right for me. He was sympathetic, empathetic and looked at me during the whole conversation.
On the day of surgery he came to see me beforehand and chatted and further reassured me that I would be fine.....and I was! Post op he visited with his jovial cheerful attitude and fully explained everything to me. He is a wonderful surgeon and a wonderful person. Anyone referred under his care should consider themselves very lucky.
