Mr Loy operated on me in September ( Laparoscopic Incisional Hernia Repair). From my first meeting with Mr Loy he took time to thoroughly explain the procedure and put me at ease. This meeting, and his kind, considerate manner, gave me great confidence that all would go well. On the day of the operation, he again was very keen to ensure that I had no worries in a very considerate manner. He carefully explained some of the sensations I might feel after the operation. He also assured me that I could call him if I had any problems. I cannot think that you could find a better, more considerate surgeon. I count myself very lucky that he was the person who did my op!!!!
