After being diagnosed six months ago with pancreatitis my quality of life reached an all time crushing low. Having spoke to various consultants it became almost inevitable that the condition could not be cured. The best it seemed that could be done was to manage the intense pain as best as possible. It was the news that I had dreaded hearing. I was then refered to Mr.Loy and everything changed. From the outset, he was absolutely adamant that he cure the condition and put an end to the months of pain and severe weight loss I had been the victim off. He was extremely confident, professional and empathetic and stood by his word to get me operated on as soon as possible. His exact words were "You have suffered enough and I am going to help you get better". I was touched by his humanity and for the first time started believing that I could get my old life back.. It's been four weeks since the operation and I am so happy to report that I have got my old life back! I feel humbled to have met such a great man who really does go the extra mile and exceeds the patients expectations. There can no be greater than saving somebody's life. Thank you so much, it's a debt than can never be repaid but will forever be remembered.
