My experience has been great, from my initial consultation, through to my pre operation meetings, the operations and the post operation meeting John has explained exactly what is happening and what to expect. He gave the deals needed to understand but avoided jargon and made sure I understood what he was talking about. His team have all been extremely efficient and very friendly.
