Very happy with the whole process from initial consultation to discharge. Mr Geoghegan took time to explain very clearly what I could expect and gave a realistic indication of the recovery process. This was my first experience of private health care and I was very impressed.
My only suggestion for how to perhaps improve things would be to maybe provide some of the leaflets about the anaesthesia, pain relief and the follow up physio a little earlier in the process to allow time to study them, but I accept this may not be possible for a number of reasons.
Overall, I’m very happy!
