Mr Geoghegan is an absolute star. Ernest, keen and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose me quickly, provide reassurance and begin treatment after the scan results, very quickly.
Trust is vital in this environment and I felt that Mr Geoghegan had my care at heart as well as the expertise to deal with the shoulder issue I have.
I'm pleased to say I'm responding well and I feel so thankful.
I'm not sure what could be done to improve, maybe some diagrams to take away or linked to the detailed letters that were sent may help those that like to see things pictorally?
