Mr Malal, is a very friendly and courteous. He put me at ease soon after meeting him. Unlike other consultants I have seen surgery was not his first suggestion and we discussed a range of treatments.
I found him to be very thorough and obviously is an expert in his field. I do not think there was anything about Mr Mala's treatment of me that could be improved. I like morning appointments but I understand that this is not possible.
The only improvement would be to the outpatients area at the Spire which is not particularly confidential.
