I was with my wife for a review in hand clinic. We are both medical but did not say so. We were very impressed by Mr Arenas who was very pleasant even though the OPD was under pressure and obviously knew his subject and seemed very experienced. He examined carefully with expertise and made an appropriate plan for follow up. I hope I was always this good. (I do not often leave reviews on the www.)
