The medical side of my appointment was slick and well arranged, however the reception staff were very slow at booking people in. This is because a fairly young lady was working and doing her best whilst an older lady was very efficient at doing nothing.
She continually moved piles of paper from one side to the other and regularly as a queue formed managed to avoid helping out by moving away or engaging other staff in conversation.
My suggestion would be to review the admin staff and see where they could be improved.
