I came to see Mr Lim as my problem was getting worse & the wait for an nhs appointment was almost a year of waiting.
With the problem I had with my ears I had the problem on & off at different times for about a year & I wanted the problem looked at sooner, rather than waiting nearly a year for nhs to contact me.
Mr Lim listened to me, rather than my mum, as I was the patient when I explained to him what my problem was.
I had pre warned the hospital that I had a disability & he was very understanding in listening to me.
He was then able to offer some treatment within my consultation appointment & it sorted out my problem, having wax blocking up my ear, preventing me from hearing properly.
I would definetly recommend Mr Lim to anyone who has got any E,N,T problems that they need looking at sooner & can't wait for nearly a year to be seen by nhs.
