Mr Lim was friendly and approachable, and did everything to explain every step of the tests we did. In the end, the recommendation was for no treatment, as none would help at this stage - another thing for which I am immensely grateful to Mr Lim for explaining. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Lim to anyone who needs to see an ENT specialist.
