I saw Mr Crane as an emergency appointment: his secretary was able to fit me in 24 hours earlier, which impressed me. I had an open wound on my finger and was due to travel the following week and I therefore needed expert advice on the state of the wound, how to take care of it best (which dressing etc) and whether I was fit to travel. Mr Crane was fantastic: he not only gave me specific advice on my wound; he also explained in detail why the wound looked the way it did its healing process, and what would happen next in great details. He was also extremely personable and nice. In other words, I could not recommend him more.
