Jeremy stepped in at short notice when a portacath inserted by another doctor led to me having a haematoma. He was very reassuring at a time when I was in distress and his calm and authoritative manner made me feel I was in good hands. He was decisive and took me to theatre to stop bleeding, clean wound thoroughly and repair to prevent infection due to love immune system. Jeremy was willing to listen to my concerns and happy to answer questions I had. Overall a person who was easy to relate to and inspired confidence.
