I came in for gallbladder removal in early April 2024. From my first initial appointment with Mr Lordan he was really empathetic and informative. He explained the whole process and how he would remove my gallbladder. A few weeks later I was then booked in for keyhole surgery, this didn’t go to plan due to a be of my gallstones being stuck in my bile duct. Mr Lordan knew the right protocols to keep me safe. During this time I was sent for further tests and monitored. I was then re booked a few weeks later. On the day of the surgery Mr Lordan was always so pleasant and reassuring. If you’re ever in doubt about being seen with him I would say there’s nothing to fear. Mr Lordan is one of the nicest consultants I’ve ever met. He’s very personable but also informative. He’s a great asset to The spire hospital. Since having my gallbladder removed I now feel healthy again. My life feels happier, this is all down to you Mr Lordan Regards Jane Line
