I felt that in a vunerable emergency admission Mr Hewes was frightening and didn't fully listen to me about my history or his delivery of my current condition, I felt that his delivery of information and understanding of my own condition could have been improved on!, However, in my outpatient follow up appointment, he was brilliant, he listened to me, and explained fully to me his findings. My only critisism is of his respect for my knowledge and care of my own long term chronic health problems when i was a inpatient. My outpatient appointment was on time and very well executed. Thank you ;-)
