Although he is a great surgeon, his people skills are awful. He is rather rude and hurtful with his words. He does not have a clue about the psychological side to changing eating habits and losing weight. This is the hardest part learning to adapt to Change.
It is not easy.
I lost 9 stone in 14 months yet he still said I haven't done very well since the operation. I have never achieved this much before so I am very proud of myself despite his comments.
