Dr Haeney was brilliant from the very first meeting. He listened, spoke in a very calming voice and answered any questions I had. You could tell he cared and was totally in tune with your feelings. The initial appointment was great and it didn't stop there. Dr Haeney and his marvellous team was always at hand to put you at ease. The whole experience was made as wonderful as possible under the circumstances. I had skin cancer on my nose, and was terrified of the procedure, but thanks to Dr Heaney and his team it all went smoothly. The final discharge appointment also went well, and Dr Heaney made it clear that if I had any issues, do not hesitate in contacting him. Thank you to Dr Heaney and his team. I cant put into words just how grateful I am and how wonderful they are.
