Mr Haeney operated on our 5 year old son, he was patient with both him and us, he was happy to fully explain the procedure and talked to our son directly involving him in his care.
We felt completely at ease whilst our son was in theatre and he quickly communicated how the operation went and that he was well.
Dealing with children can at times be difficult and he was brilliant with us all.
