Felt very relaxed and confident with Mr Fairley during the proceedure and following. Had lengthy discussion as to what was the next step and I was asked and given my own input into the meeting.
The appointment booking was very quick and efficient plus the followup appointment and xray appointment were on my husbands email by the time we returned home. I call that efficient.
