Mr Fairly saw my daughter Ruby and diagnosed her with glue ear following a hearing test. He was excellent at explaining to me the condition and how we could move forward. He also really listened to me and my story over how we had become concerned regarding Ruby's hearing. It was a real relief to have a clear diagnosis and sound adive on the way forward. I was particulaly impressed with the time Mr Fairly took to talk through my queeries and concerns. He had a lovely manner with Ruby too.
